Extra cost:

  • $100 to remove old skirting (we do not haul off, we will stack it where you want us to).
  • $25 if you have a tongue on the trailer.
  • If there are rocks, some bushes, or cement (price may vary for cement depending on how much linear footage there is) around the trailer it is an extra $50.
  • We don't skirt around porches (we will get behind it the best we are able to).
  • If your mobile home is on a cement slab it will be $150 more to cover extra materials and labor.
  • There may be a travel charge depending on travel time and distance.
